Public Meetings Set for Discussion of Community Engagement Report
December 15, 2006 - The NRP Policy Board and the Minneapolis City Council have called for public discussion of the Community Engagement Report submitted by the City Coordinator on November 9, 2006. As a result, the offices of the NRP and the City Coordinator are working together to conduct a series of public meetings and a community survey. NRP Program Income Amendment Proposed for City's NRP Ordinance
January 4, 2006 - An NRP Program Income amendment to the City's NRP Ordinance being proposed for adoption by the Minneapolis City Council. Last August the City Council adopted a resolution which committed program income resulting from NRP funded activities to NRP eligible uses in the neighborhood that provided the original funding. At that time, the Council also directed City staff to draft an amendment that would make the policy on program income part of the City's NRP Ordinance. More...
