M25-. Minneapolis Neighborhood News #25, 26, & 27
Issue number twenty-five features a look at the early stages of the NRP process in the Holland Neighborhood, a town meeting to form working groups in Folwell, a review of the First Step Plan in Armatage, the full plan of the Audubon Park Neighborhood, a progress report on the multi-neighborhood planning process on Lake Street, and NRP neighborhoods input into the Park Board's Chain of Lakes planning process. Issue number twenty-six features a meeting of the Hawthorne Neighborhood Urban Green and Growing Spaces Committee, a Town Meeting in the Saint Anthony East Neighborhood, a demolition to make way for a community green space in Field Regina Northrop, scenes from the South Side Housing Fair, the Groundbreaking and Wonderweb ceremony at Phelps Park, the dedication of a new gymnasium at Whittier Park, and a city-wide meeting organized to draw ideas from NRP neighborhood plans into the Minneapolis Plan. Issue twenty-seven, titled "Green" looks at the Earth and Tree Fair in the Seward Neighborhood, the Environmentors program of the Northeast Business Association, planting at a new overlook park in Stevens Square, a spring clean- up around the Chain of Lakes, a kick-off meeting to start a Bryant-Central Co-op, the Grand Opening of the Green Institute, and the Gathering of Heartbeats Drum Feast in Powderhorn Park.

M28-. Minneapolis Neighborhood News #28, 29, & 30
Issue number twenty-eight, entitled "Community," features scenes from the West Broadway March for Peace, the NRP Steering Committee Election in the Hawthorne Neighborhood, the Bancroft Home Tour, the HOMS Initiative Kickoff, signing of the Letter of Understanding ceremony, updates on corridor projects on E. Lake Street and Nicollet Avenue, and a report on recent activities in the Lyndale Neighborhood. Issue number twenty-nine, named "Neighborhood Action," includes reports on the National Night Out Parade, Phillips NRP Process, Farview Park picnic, NRP meetings in the Folwell and Fulton Neighborhoods, the Glenwood-Lyndale Clinic, a Youth Annual Meeting in the Central Neighborhood, the dedication of a new playground at Northrop School, and the Lake Street Cultural Festival. Issue thirty looks at the Vital Communities Conference organized by the NRP, and includes speeches, neighborhood tours and interviews with conference attendees, many of which are working with similar programs in their cities.

M31-. Minneapolis Neighborhood News #31, 32, & 33
Issue number thirty-one, titled "Live, Work, Learn and Play," looks at a march for Girls on West Broadway, a Town Meeting in the Southeast Como Neighborhood, the Fulton Neighborhood Festival, Groundbreaking for a building project at 4th and Lake in the Central Neighborhood, the ribbon cutting for work completed on Parksiding Park in the Cedar Isles Dean Neighborhood, planting at the Bancroft School grounds, the construction by members of the community of a new playground at Longfellow School, and the video, "Grass Lake: The Beginning or the End," created by the Kenny Video Workshop. Issue number thirty-two, called "A Sense of Place," looks at Town Meetings in the Logan Park, Downtown and Elliot Park neighborhoods, the presentation of early work on a master plan for Central Avenue, the ground breaking for a wetlands project in Standish Ericsson, the grand opening of Gala Foods in Bancroft and a look at a neighborhood play and the opening of a new community center in the Bryant neighborhood. Program #33, called "Past, Present and Future," looks at the 75th Anniversary reception of the Minneapolis Planning Commission, the Saint Anthony West Neighborhood after the completion of its NRP plan, and an architectural competition in the Elliot Park neighborhood.

MinneapolisNeighborhood News #34, 35, & 36
Issue number thirty-four, titled "Involvement" features First Step Plan approval meetings in Saint Anthony East and Beltrami, a dedication for a new computer at Roosevelt Library, an open houses for rehabilitated houses in Jordan, the Southside Housing Fair and the Eco-teams program in Seward. Program number thirty-five, titled "Priorities," looks at Town Meetings in the Logan Park and Hawthorne neighborhoods, a river cleanup and playground celebration in Longfellow, a planting at the new gym at Phelps Park, a celebration of a new walkway along the river in southeast, the Marcy-Holmes quilt, the Minneapolis Saint Paul Home Tour and a park celebration at Wirth Park. Issue number 36 is called "Leadership," and features a look at the Community Leadership Institute at Hamline College, the Windom Park Ice Cream Social, the approval of the Harrison Neighborhood's NRP plan, a look at plans for the Pierre Bottineau branch library in Northeast Minneapolis, tree planting at Cooper School, a video class in Elliot Park, the Grand Opening of the Brown-Krause Manor in south Minneapolis, and a report-back on NRP progress in Powderhorn Park.

Minneapolis Neighborhood News #37, 38, & 39
Issue number thirty-seven is titled "Cooperation," and looks at the Grand Opening of the Wendell Phillips Community Credit Union, a meeting on the Midtown Greenway in the Longfellow Community, a hand-off ceremony for the Peace Staff, the Bancroft Neighborhood Festival, the Hawthorne Green and Clean program and a celebration of the completion of streetscape work on Nicollet Avenue. Show #38 is titled, "Building Community" and features a look at the 38th and Chicago Adopt-a-Block program, the Kingfield Fall Festival, the Audubon School playground, an Open House at the restored Hinkle-Murphy Mansion in Elliot Park, the Central Avenue plan and Weed It and Reap Clean-up, the groundbreaking for the new Windom Community Center, and the community construction of a new playground for Jefferson School. Issue #39, "Dedication," looks at the NRP plan approval meeting in Sheridan, the Harrison Fall Festival, the dedication of a new green space at 46th St. And 4th Ave. South, the Howe playground dedication, the 40th Birthday of the Pierre Bottineau Library, the Phillips Shuttle kickoff, and grand re-openings of the Powderhorn Park Building and Hosmer Library.
